We can be content in life regardless of our calling since we are called to God.

1.   God’s calling is assigned. 

The first calling we all have is where God has placed us. We bloom where we are planted by keeping the commands of God.

Reflection: Where has God placed you and are you keeping God’s command? Is there fruits?

2.   God’s calling is always towards contentment. 

Contentment is Christ is enough for me. It’s about our walk with God and being thankful for what we are doing right now.

Reflection: Repent if you’ve spoken negatively about where God has placed you or the people God has placed around you.

3.   God’s calling is always centered to remain in Him. 

We can remain when we abide in God. You are called to God first. Our identity is not rooted in what we can do for God in our callings, but what God has done for us in Christ.

We will only find rest for our souls when we realise that being called to Christ is what ultimately defines us.
