In our dancing in God's presence, it is the expression of who God is, what He is capable of and it is expression of us being a child of God. Just like David will gladly look like a fool, dancing before the Lord (in the Lord's presence), Pr. Anand encouraged us that our inward intimacy with God should/will overflow outwardly. This overflow will attract others to Christ.
