Now that you are a new creation in Christ, you are holy. 

How do we live a life that’s set apart for God in a world that is so different from how God has called us to live?

1.  Set your mind on hope

We are not free to do whatever we want to do because there are consequences but we are free to think whatever we want to think. Therefore, guard your mind and your thoughts. Feed yourself on the hope of God and set your minds on it. 

2. Set your ways on obedience. 

You are not your past or your past mistakes, you are now a child of God. Obeying God requires sacrifice and it means not giving into our fleshly desires. To follow God I need to unfollow myself. Obeying God releases the favour of God over your life. 

3. Set your heart on grace. 

The call of God on your life only makes sense in light of what Jesus Christ has done for us. The death of Jesus Christ, His love, grace and mercy was so overwhelming that He took our place so we can have life today.

We are called to be set apart so that the world knows that God is calling them home.
