A FRESH ANOINTING FOR A NEW YEAR

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”- Luke 4:14-21 (NIV)

A Year of Lord's Favor and fresh anointing 

  • It is the anointing that qualifies is for the new year

  • The waters of the Spirit of God is always new, like how we will never step into the same river twice, as new water keeps flowing.

Seek a fresh anointing and a fresh presence of God for the new year 

  • Seek a fresh mandate for the year 

  • Apostolic vision: Sharing the Gospel, Discipling people, Multiplying disciples 

  • When we receive the anointing, we function in the anointing, no matter where we are.

  • Anointing is for DWJD (Luke 4:18,19)
